Dr. Starobinets is a remarkable orthodontist serving as the Founder of Bright Smile Orthodontics. She is proud to serve the people and families of Fair Lawn, Paramus, Elmwood Park, Ridgewood, and surrounding towns in Bergen and Passaic counties with comprehensive orthodontic care.  Academically, Dr. Starobinets graduated Valedictorian from Columbia University College of Dental Medicine after receiving her Bachelor of Arts degree with honors from New York University. She completed her education by performing a General Practice Residency at North Shore University Hospital, and by obtaining a Certificate in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics from Columbia University. In direct affiliation with her industry, Dr. Starobinets is a member of the Omicron Kappa Upsilon National Dental Honor Society, the American Dental Association, the American Association of Orthodontists, the Middle Atlantic Society of Orthodontists, the New Jersey Dental Association, the Bergen County Dental Association, and the Center for Facial Deformity and Craniofacial Art Institute.
